Dupont Circle Embassy Inn by FOUND

Excellent stay. Check in was done digitally via text and was very convenient. They do accommodate early check in and room requests (I wanted a quieter room). Just let them know a couple days in advance of your stay. Location is excellent. Located in DuPont Circle area which has great energy. Short bus ride to the White House and other landmarks. Also easily connected to the Metro. Rooms were basic but good for the price. Bed was comfortable and the TV had HBO, Prime, and other streaming services along with live TV. They have a snack/coffee bar in the lobby. Would return!

My brother and I decided to do a museum weekend in DC. One because I really wanted to and two because of the political climate in America. When we got here we couldn’t find the information for our rooms. And being who we are, we didn’t panic. But it was late and we were in a city where we didn’t know anyone. The numbers given to us were not working. We texted and email and couldn’t find anyone There was even a nice couple who were staying here too who tried to help, but to no avail . So I decided to call Found in California who then put me in touch with Chicago where the Angel Courtney answered and got us the information needed to get into our room. She was patient, kind and helped us when we needed it. So thank you Courtney from Chicago. Big hugs from a sister and a brother who wish you all the best!!!

Great Budget Stay in a Charming Spot! Before booking, I saw a lot of negative reviews on Google, which made me hesitant—but since I was only staying for one night, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I’m really glad I did! The place is super cozy and cute. Check-in was incredibly easy—they sent me a link beforehand, which made the whole process smooth and contactless. Both the lobby and my room were neat and clean. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea, and the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is amazing—right in DuPont Circle, with lots of places within walking distance. It felt safe even at night, which is a big plus. I’m not sure what others experienced, but my stay was great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and budget-friendly place in DC!

Good little hotel. Not a lot of amenities, but the price is significantly cheaper then everywhere else, and the location is great if you're looking for a place to stay in Logan Circle. The rooms could use a little more soundproofing, as you can clearly hear people in their rooms when you're walking down the hall. But besides that it was great.

I don’t know what people expect in booking one of the most affordable hotels in DC. This place is cheap, and with it comes some sacrifices. But it appears safe and the rooms are clean. There is a very strong smell of MJ when you walk in. They need to tighten up their smoking policy. And the carpets could definitely be cleaned better. Also, no bathroom vent? The owners are just asking for a mold problem. But it’s a cheap hotel. If you’re expecting the ritz, you’re going to have a terrible time. If you’re expecting an affordable hotel that has some corners cut, but is nonetheless clean (at least the rooms) and safe, this place is fine. An in-room safe could help make guests feel safer. Also, front desk dude was an absolute blessing.

I want to highlight the service of manager Chris and one of the porters, Esam (I think?). They were both very accommodating and worked hard to make sure our stay was pleasant. When we checked in (after the snow storm) we were put in a room with a full size bed, when we had booked a queen bed. They said that housekeeping was unable to come in at all that day from the storm and it was the only room they had. The next morning Chris immediately moved me to a proper room that was much better, and he was very nice about it! With such a low budget hotel, quirks are expected, and this hotel had a lot of quirks, but the location was amazing, the price was right, and the disappointments weren't worth arguing about.

We stayed a few weeks ago for 3 nights. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the reviews but ultimately I was pleasantly surprised. The price was great, the location is convenient, and our room was clean and well appointed. It reminds me of European hotels in the sense that the rooms and services are minimal giving you just what you need and none of the extras you usually find in American hotels. I would stay again.

The room was just what we expected. Clean, cool, cozy. The shared lobby has a Keurig with coffee and all the fixings. There’s also a refrigerator and microwave to use. The best part of our stay was Essam, who took care of our room, toilet paper, most hotel things! Chris, too, was helpful in our luggage storage as we checked out at 11 and still wanted to bop around DC. We had places to eat all around us! The location was superb!
